Store Policies and Returns
Our clothing is designed to hold your curves in all the right places. We recommend checking the sizing chart before placing your order. We understand all bodies are different and unique, so, if there are small adjustments needed, we are happy to have you send your item back for an alteration. All you need to do is pay shipping and handling. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photo of your item with the alteration request.
Returns or Exchanges
We understand that how a design looks on one person can differ from person to person. We accept returns or exchanges within five (5) days of items delivered. You may return for a different size or exchange for another design of equal value. Items must have all tags and suit liners in-tact in order for you to receive a full return, refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges will only be sent once the item is received and checked for any possible wear or damages. Refunds do not include shipping. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 5 days of items arriving at your door. Email us at email@example.com and be sure to include the order number, a photo of the item and the issue you are having with it before returning the item.
Custom Order Returns
There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders. We go over designs and measurements extensively with you during the order placement process to ensure you get the perfect creation our hands can make. If there is an alteration needed after the item is received, we are happy to work with you. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and make sure to include the order date, a photo of the item and the issue you are having with it.
Shipping and Handling Policies
Once an item is shipped and tracking is provided, we are no longer responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. On orders over $100, we suggest adding the insurance option for shipping your order, especially if the order is being shipped outside of the U.S.
We cannot be held liable for any orders shipped to an incorrect address based on the information provided by you. In that case, notify us within 24 hours of placing the order so we can try to correct it for you, but we cannot be held liable for mis-delivered items in that circumstance.
We always recommend calling the postmaster general or your local post office as well as checking USPS every day for tracking information. If you need to file a claim with USPS we are happy to send you a copy of the order and tracking number if you are unable to find the original information.
For international orders
Recently we have had many packages returned due to the covid pandemic and postal service changes. We ask you to bear with us and suggest ordering the fastest insured shipping at checkout to allow you to receive your order in a timely manner. If an international order is returned to us, we will attempt to ship it to you one (1) more time before additional shipping fees will be incurred.
